So I am curious as after much Googling, it seems dahing Corona has changed their freshness date labeling process. From what I could find previously they used a two letter + two number combination to decipher the code. I recently came across two separate cases of beer from different retailers with differing codes for the bottles. That do not seem to match the freshness codes listed here: Instead of the two letter + two number sequence seen listed on the previous linkI have the following: The first case of beer have the code: F282C059 The second case of beer have the code: E062C059 Not exactly sure how to make sense of these codes as I would have thought the three numbers would be the day and the first letter be the year, but it doesn't seem right for Corona beer dating or E as that would be either 2006 for F and 2005 for E? Not sure where to start bere terms of deciphering these codes. I checked on Corona's website and their 1800 number doesn't seem to helpful nor do they seem to want to reply to the contact-us email section at the bottom of their website. Anyone have any experience with more recent Corona Freshness Codes? Help would be much appriciated. Thanks Click to expand. Depends on the type of light source.
